French Cuisine and All That Jazz

There was a time when dining in a French restaurant was a formal, perhaps even stuffy affair. The food may have been excellent, the service highly attentive (if bordering on intimidating), and the wine list impressive, but it may not have been a particularly relaxed evening out. All that has changed since Dover Street Restaurant & Jazz Bar became known as a great French restaurant in London as well as a great jazz venue.
